Avison Young Hires Doug Pack & Sam Hansen

Avison Young in Houston is forming, leading and building a new office project leasing team with the hire of Douglas Pack and Sam Hansen. The new company principals were most recently with NAI Partners, and will be working with owners and developers throughout the metro.

Pack brings 21 years of commercial real estate experience to the company. He has been active in all facets of real estate management and leasing, while working to advance project leasing, property management, and investment sales.
Hansen, an 18-year commercial real estate veteran, has experience as an office landlord leasing agent. He worked with Hines, during which he had responsibility for a portfolio of Class A trophy assets in the Houston metro.
