Avison Young Hires CBRE’s Ayers as Principal in Tampa

Avison Young’s Tampa office has hired Anne-Marie Ayers as principal. Ayers is an office specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the Tampa area. She will leverage her relationships and experience across submarkets and asset types to focus on Class A office leasing.

Ayers joins Avison Young from CBRE, where she served as first vice president specializing in office leasing and sales.
