Avison Young Arranges Sale of 56K-SF Industrial Property in Charlotte

Avison Young has arranged the sale of a 56,000-square-foot industrial property in Charlotte. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 1001 Pressley Road, the building was fully leased at the time of sale to CrossPoint Property Group-LoSo. The cross-dock building is situated on nearly nine acres and is zoned I2, which allows for outdoor storage and trailer parking. Properties with this zoning designation are in high demand in the Charlotte market as historically heavy industrial areas are transitioning to retail, residential and office, according to Avison Young.

Chris Loyd and Tom Tropeano of Avison Young represented the seller, the McClatchy Company, in the transaction. Henry Lobb and Chris Skibinski of Avison Young represented the undisclosed buyer in the sale.
