Avison Team to Oversee Improvements to LinkedIn’s Vertical Campus

Avison Young’s New York project management division was selected by LinkedIn to oversee improvements across its 501,509-square-foot vertical campus at the Empire State Building. New York-based Kirsten Beck and Robb Davidson will head up LinkedIn’s project management team.

“We are thrilled to be working with LinkedIn to improve and expand their New York City headquarters,” said Beck. “These changes will shape the future of the LinkedIn workplace for years to come.”

The New York team was awarded the project through a national master service agreement with Avison Young’s Chicago office. The team will assist with creating cohesion across the vertical campus following the professional networking platform’s recent lease expansion.

The expansion agreement, signed with landlord Empire State Realty Trust last month, added floors 14, 15 and 16 to its existing space across the third floor and floors 22 through 28.
