Avison Team Markets Bleecker Street Mixed-Use

The Tri-State Investment Sales Group for Avison Young has been hired to sell 355 Bleecker St., a 4,275 square foot, three-story building in the West Village. Currently the property is comprised of a retail space on the ground floor and lower level with two floor-through apartments above. The asking price is $8,300,000.

Avison Young’s James Nelson, David Shalom, Eric Karmitz and Bradley Rothschild are marketing the property on behalf of ownership.

“This is a unique opportunity to acquire a distinctive mixed-use asset in the heart of one of the most renowned and desirable downtown neighborhoods in all of New York City,” said Shalom.

355 Bleecker is nearby the Christopher Street PATH station, providing direct access to New Jersey, and in close proximity to the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, B, D, F and L MTA subway lines, providing connection to the rest of New York City.
