Avison Inks New HQ Lease for Physical Therapy Chain

Avison Young’s Long Island office has arranged a 40,000-square-foot headquarters relocation and expansion for Professional Physical Therapy, an outpatient provider of therapy and rehabilitation services with more than 150 locations across the Northeast. The company will occupy the entire first floor and part of the second floor at 576 Broad Hollow Rd. in Melville, NY.

Long Island-based Ted Stratigos and New York-based Michael Leff, both Avison Young principals, represented Professional in the negotiations. Leff also leads the Avison account team for the physical therapy provider; the team has closed numerous leases across the tri-state region as Professional expands.

“Avison Young has collaborated for many years with Professional on their commercial real estate needs, and has a unique understanding of their space requirements,” said Leff. “We’re pleased to have secured this new headquarters location, and equally pleased to maintain our longstanding partnership.”
