Auction.com Has Record Month

Irvine-based Auction.com reportedly had a stellar month in August, closing $382 million in real estate property sales.

Auction.com’s Executive Vice President Rick Sharga noted that what was interesting about the transactions is that they mostly involved high-quality properties, and that more investors are now willing to consider an auction to sell their real estate holdings.

Auction.com’s August results encompassed several commercial property sectors, from Florida to Texas.
