ATCO Secures New Leases at Camp North End in Charlotte

ATCO Properties & Management, developer of Camp North End, in partnership with Shorenstein Properties, has secured three restaurant leases at Camp North End, a one million-square-foot mixed-use development in Charlotte’s North End Smart District.

The newly-signed tenants are Bow Ramen, Bleu Barn Bistro and Wentworth & Fenn. All three food stalls are expected to open in March 2020.

Bow Ramen’s Japanese-style ramen shop, totaling 385 square feet, will be its first location outside of New York City. Bleu Barn Bistro is a farm-to-table food truck, establishing its first brick-and-mortar location in Charlotte. Wentworth & Fenn specializes in custom cakes, pastries and baked goods.
