Assisted Living Project Planned for Waxahachie

Waxahachie, TX is set to receive a 40-acre Daymark Living community that will accommodate the needs of adults with intellectual and developmental delays.

The project, led by investment firm Montgomery Street Partners and Austin-based developer Aspen Heights Partners, will be situated minutes from downtown. Planned community features include resort-style pools, multi-purpose clubhouses, classrooms, sport courts and fitness rooms.

Nearly 30 cottages will house approximately 200 residents. Move-ins are projected to begin in spring 2018.
