Aspen Dental Signs One of Fulton Market’s Biggest Leases Yet

Aspen Dental Management has signed on as the first tenant at 800 W. Fulton Market, now under development by Thor Equities Group and QuadReal. The dental support corporation will occupy 205,000 square feet, nearly half the under-construction property’s total, for its new national headquarters. It’s one of the largest office occupancies thus far in the Fulton Market District.

The Aspen Dental deal follows Thor’s signing of Mondelez International to 905 W. Fulton for its U.S. headquarters. “Together with QuadReal, we look forward to welcoming them to the property upon completion in 2021, and are thrilled with the amount of interest this development has attracted,” said Thor chairman Joe Sitt.

A CBRE team of Brad Serot, Paul Reaumond and Tony Coglianese represented Aspen Dental in the deal. Leasing for 800 W. Fulton is being handled by a Cushman & Wakefield team of Jack McKinney Jr., Mark Baby and Ben Cleveland.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
