Asia Cabinetry Renews, Expands HQ at Alamo Crossing

Asia Cabinetry Inc. opted to remain at its headquarters at Alamo Crossing Commerce Center, a 119,000-square-foot, Class B distribution center in Houston’s northwest industrial submarket. The wholesale cabinet distributor inked a deal for 41,548 square feet at 7875 Northcourt Rd., more than doubling its space in the market.

JLL’s Jeff Venghaus and Geoff Perrott represented the tenant. Darryl Noon of Transwestern advised the landlord, CPF Alamo Crossing LLC, an entity of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors. “This location is ideal for serving their customer base,” Venghaus said. “Now they also have the room to grow their operations and meet increasing customer demand.” Alamo Crossing delivered in 2002.
