Asden Properties Acquires Atlanta MF Portfolio for $34M

New York City-based Asden Properties has acquired a two-property multifamily portfolio in metro Atlanta for $33.5 million.

The properties include Ashford Oaks, a 260-unit garden-style community in Union City, which sold for $22.7 million, and Ashford Town and Country, a 132-unit garden-style community in Fairburn, which sold for $10.8 million. Ashford Oaks features a fitness center, swimming pool, sundeck playground and grilling area. Ashford Town and Country features a swimming pool, business center and playground.

Paul Vetter, Andrew Mays, Judy MacManus and Matthew White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office represented the seller, Benimax, in the transaction.
