Armada Hoffler, WeWork Terminate 69K-SF Office Lease in Baltimore

Armada Hoffler Properties and WeWork have agreed to terminate WeWork’s 69,000-square-foot office lease at Wills Wharf in Baltimore’s Harbor Point.

WeWork had previously planned to lease the top two office floors of the 325,000-square-foot mixed-use building. The 12-story property is slated to include a Canopy by Hilton hotel on the top floor floors. WeWork also recently terminated its lease with landlord Columbia Property Trust at 149 Madison Ave. in New York City.

Armada Hoffler has started the process of marketing the space again to other tenants. Existing tenants at the project include EY, Jellyfish and Bright Horizons.
