Armada Hoffler to Partner on 225-Unit MF in North Carolina
Armada Hoffler entered into an agreement with Southern Apartment Group to develop and own a Class A, 225-unit apartment complex in midtown Charlotte, NC. The partners plan to break ground on the $45-million development late this year. Completion is scheduled for mid-2018.
The as-yet unnamed apartment complex is close to downtown Charlotte, and near the Carolinas Medical Center at Harding Place and Kenilworth Avenue. The center is Carolinas HealthcareSystem’s flagship hospital, and one of the largest employers in the metro.
