ARK Group’s $175M Entertainment Complex is Coming to Dallas-Fort Worth
In the heart of Dallas-Fort Worth’s largest employment center, ARK Group is developing a 410,376-square-foot mixed-used entertainment complex called the Music Factory. Set to open in September of next year, the development is seeking buyers or investors, although ARK’s CEO Noah Lazes believes a sale is “unlikely.”
With construction funding financed by SunTrust Bank, the completed project will span 17-acres and include an 8,000-seat outdoor amphitheater, 4,000-seat indoor concert venue, 206,756 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a 100,000 square-foot office building.
The city of Irving is providing $35 million in incentives to the developer, and Holiday Fenoglio Fowler is marketing the project. The office building is fully leased by Irvine-based Ethos Group.
