Separately, Sozio along with Ariel’s Sean Kelly and Matthew Lev represented the seller, Silvershore Properties, in the $4.5-million deal for 77 Atlantic Ave. in Brooklyn Heights. Philippe Salame of Douglas Elliman Real Estate procured the buyer of the four-story mixed-use property, 77 ATL AVE LLC- Chi Quach.

Comprised of two commercial units and six apartments, 77 Atlantic sits directly across from Fortis Property Group’s redevelopment of the former LICH campus.
