Arcosa Relocating to Downtown Dallas

Arcosa Inc., formerly part of Trinity Industries, is relocating its operations on Stemmons Freeway (Interstate 35E) to the Ross Tower in downtown Dallas. The recently formed infrastructure products company will lease 39,784 square feet at 500 N. Akard.  The Arcosa lease is one of the largest so far this year in the Dallas CBD.

Greg Biggs, Brooke Armstrong and Kimarie Ankenbrand with JLL represented the tenant. HPI Real Estate Services’ Hunter Lee negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Bandera Ventures, which has owned the asset since late 2015.

Trinity Industries began spinning off its subsidiary in May 2018. The spinoff is anticipated to be completed by Q4 2018 through a tax-free spin of the new company to Trinity stockholders.
