Arbor Grace Plans $5M Expansion

Arbor Grace Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kilgore, TX, unveiled plans for a $4.5 million expansion. The move will add 15,000 square feet to its facility at 2700 S. Henderson Blvd. The addition will consist of a 2,200-square-foot therapy gym and 20 private rooms, bringing the total bed count to 117.

The operation, formerly at 144 Farm-to-Market Rd. 1252 West, moved to its current location in October 2018, following a merger with Kilgore Health & Rehabilitation. Paramount Holdings in West Monroe, LA owns Arbor Grace.

James Gee, the facility’s administrator, told the Longview News-Journal that work is scheduled to begin in December 2018, and will take about a year to complete.
