Arbor Grace of Kilgore Readies for Expansion

Developers that are expanding skilled nursing facility/rehabilitation center Arbor Grace of Kilgore will host a groundbreaking ceremony on May 4. The expansion will add 30 rooms and approximately 20,000 square feet to the facility at 2700 S. Henderson Blvd. in the East Texas town of Kilgore, at a cost of $6 million.

When the dust clears by early summer 2020, the center will have a bed capacity of 127, as well as 2,500 square feet in rehabilitation space, and a dining room area offering restaurant-style meals. The existing facility dates back to 1964. Lincoln Builders is the general contractor.

Arbor Grace relocated to the current site in October 2017 from 144 FM 1252 W., after merging with Kilgore Health & Rehabilitation. The company is owned by Paramount Holdings in Louisiana.
