Aquila Commercial Takes on Leasing Activities for Kyle Crossing

Developer and owner Majestic Realty Co. has tapped Aquila Commercial to handle leasing activities for Kyle Crossing, a 535,113-square-foot, 40-acre multi-tenant industrial business park in the south Austin suburb of Kyle, TX. The property is situated west of Interstate 35, at Kyle Crossing and Kohler Crossing, and consists of two buildings, which are in shell condition, and ready for tenant improvements.

Omar Nasser, Blake Patterson and Leigh Ellis, SIOR, are handling leasing for the project. JLL previously had the leasing assignment.

“This project will cater to a myriad of distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce related companies in the area, and will serve as a boon to the regional economy along the Innovation Corridor,” Nasser said.
