Apple Construction Underway – For $62M

Apple’s latest endeavor in Chicago will consist of 20,000 square feet at 401 N. Michigan Ave. The new store coming to the Chicago River is going north at a $62 million price tag. According to Apple, the store at Pioneer Court will be “even more remarkable” than its existing store at 679 N. Michigan Ave.

Zeller Realty Group, which owns Pioneer Court, unveiled the new Apple store renderings late last year. The development just received the green light to finish its construction, which has been going on for awhile. No completion or opening date was indicated.
