Apartment Pro Joins CBRE Capital Markets

Looking for financing for an apartment property? Haig Kilicyan has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team as vice president.
“His experience on the agency side of the multifamily loan business will be a tremendous complement to our market-leading debt practice in New York City,” said Michael Riccio, senior managing director for CBRE.
So far in his real estate career, Kilicyan has underwritten, originated and funded approximately $7 billion in multifamily loans throughout the course of his career
He most recently served at Capital One Multifamily Finance, where he oversaw more than $5 billion of agency loans. He has also worked as an underwriter for Freddie Mac.
