Another Zippy J’s on Tap for Longview

Partners Brian Hatchett and J.T. Roberts are preparing to develop a Zippy J’s convenience store at 1920 E. Marshall Ave. in Longview, TX. The 5,000-square-foot store will be the partners’ 21st store, and Longview’s fifth location. The project, which should break ground within a month, is expected to be completed in three to four months, and will include a coin-operated laundry.

ARH Development is the general contractor of the convenience store, which has a construction value of approximately $1.3 million. “It’s a great intersection, and it is underdeveloped right now,” Hatchett told the Longview News-Journal. “It’s just an area the city wants to develop.”

Zippy J’s operates branded convenience stores, as well as Gateway Travel Plazas, throughout East Texas. According to its website, the company has 15 convenience stores and five Gateway Travel Plazas.
