Another Candlewood Suites Moves to Extended Stay America Brand

A little more than two months after Provident Realty Advisors rebranded a Katy, TX Candlewood Suites as an Extended Stay America property, the Dallas developer and investor is doing the same thing in San Antonio. Specifically, the 113-room Candlewood Suites at 21103 Encino Commons Blvd. is now operating as an Extended Stay America.

“The reflagging and opening of this San Antonio location represents the 20th Extended Stay America hotel under their ownership, with plans to open additional hotel conversions by early 2021,” said Extended Stay America’s Stephen Miller.

The conversion is Provident Realty’s third that it had committed to build or convert as part of its initial acquisition of an Extended Stay portfolio a little more than a year ago. The properties are being operated by Aimbridge Hospitality.
