In its annual multifamily metric match-up of Super Bowl team cities, Axiometrics declared that both the Charlotte, NC and Denver apartment markets were almost tied.
For example, in December, Charlotte’s 5.3% annual effective rent growth barely edged out Denver’s 5.2%, while occupancy was at 95,3% and 94.5%, respectively.
Job growth stats could mean the difference, however – in December, Denver reported a 1.8% job growth, while Charlotte’s was 3.3%.
