AMTEX Breaks Ground on 225-Unit Limestone Ridge Senior Apartments

AMTEX Limestone Fund LLC broke ground on Limestone Ridge Senior Apartments, a 225-unit multifamily development in Austin’s southeast corridor. The project, estimated at a cost of approximately $37 million, is going north on almost 14 acres near McKinney Falls State Park, on McKinney Falls Parkway, just east of Interstate 35.

Upon completion, the units offered will be restricted to seniors with 60% of the area-median income. The unit mix will be one-and two-bedrooms, across three, three-story buildings. The complex will come with social services including quarterly financial planning courses and health nutrition programs; notary public services; arts, crafts and other recreational activities, social events and income-tax preparation services. Other amenities will include a clubhouse with kitchen, fitness room, library, dog park, courtyards and a game pavilion.

AMTEX Contractors is the general contractor, and BGO Architects is the architect of record.
