American Real Estate Partners Picks Up Pennsylvania Property for $108M
American Real Estate Partners acquired Eight Tower Bridge, a 16-story, 346,659-square-foot office tower in Conshohocken, PA, from Barings for $108 million. The property has an associated seven-level, 1,200-space parking garage.
The asset features a diverse tenant roster anchored by Marsh & McLennan Companies, Allied Universal, Penn Mutual, AMG Funds and Airgas.
NKF’s Robert Griffin, Edward Maher, Matthew Pullen and James Tribble oversaw the transaction of the trophy asset, along with Michael Margolis, David Dolan, Dave Garonzik and Michael Maloney.
“Featuring efficient floor plates averaging 24,000 square feet, Eight Tower Bridge offers superior flexibility for a variety of single and multi-tenant layouts,” said Pullen.
