Amenity Hub for Warren Corporate Center

A new amenity hub is coming to Warren Corporate Center in Warren, NJ.

“This new, stand-alone community amenity center will further distinguish our headquarters-caliber property,” said Ross Chomik, managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners. Vision and its joint venture partner, Rubenstein Partners, bought the 820,000-square-foot Warren Corporate Center last year.

The 19,000-square-foot amenity hub includes indoor and patio dining, multi-function conference areas, a fitness center with locker rooms and a full basketball court. Citibank currently occupies four buildings at the Corporate Center, which opened in 1996. The fifth, a 156,500-square-foot building, is currently available for lease, with Cushman & Wakefield serving as exclusive agent.
