Amegy Bank HQ Arriving in Fort Worth

Amegy Bank of Texas is making inroads into Fort Worth, with a plan to open its new headquarters in The Westbrook, a Class A office building on Sundance Square in the city’s CBD. In addition, the financial institution, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zions Bancorporation, will open its first Fort Worth full-service banking center in late 2018, at 2719 S. Hulen St.

JLL’s Jamie Galati represented Houston-based Amegy Bank in securing the 8,091-square-foot lease. Sundance Square’s Robert Gamblin represented the landlord.
