AMCAL Equities Plans Multifamily Development in Woodland Hills
Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.
A joint venture consisting of landowner Gortikov Enterprises, and Agoura Hills, CA-based AMCAL Equities, LLC is developing a five-story, 335-unit residential community in Woodland Hills, CA. Construction recently commenced on the site of the former Woodland Hills Post Office in the San Fernando Valley.
The 4.17-acre site is located at 22055 and 22121 Clarendon St., near Ventura Boulevard supermarkets, shops and restaurants, as well as Metro’s Orange Line. The project is expected to deliver in August 2019.
CBRE’s Laurie Lustig-Bower, Dan Riley, Blake Mirkin, Sam Alison and Kamran Paydar helped arrange the partnership.
“Multifamily development sites in prime Los Angeles neighborhoods continue to be highly sought after,” said Lustig-Bower. “The Woodland Hills and Warner Center submarket in particular is the focus of ongoing transformational investment.”
JPMorgan Chase provided a $65.7-million construction loan, and Essex Property Trust provided $17 million in private equity.
