Alon Kraft Joins Dedeaux Properties from Lowe
Real estate veteran Alon Kraft joined Dedeaux Properties as Chief Operating Officer. Kraft, who previously served for more than 20 years at Lowe Enterprises, is a significant addition for the Los Angeles-based industrial real estate development and investment firm, as it continues to elevate its investment platform.
Dedeaux Properties’ Brett Dedeaux says, “Alon brings with him the discipline and institutional thinking as we continue to grow our assets under management, with larger capital partners wanting to align themselves with an experienced operator to take advantage of the investment opportunities in one of the most dynamic industrial real estate markets in the United States.”
Kraft has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience managing asset and portfolio teams from acquisition through disposition. He’s overseen more than $2 billion of office, industrial and multifamily investments at Lowe Enterprises Investors.
