Allen Distribution Signs 350K-SF Industrial Lease

Allen Distribution inked a deal for 349,425 square feet in Northlake, TX, a suburb of Fort Worth. The food and beverage distribution and service company’s new warehouse will be at Northport 35 Business Center, 4250 Dale Earnhardt Way, near Interstate 35 W. and SH 114. Allen Distribution is headquartered in Carlisle, PA.

JLL Senior Associate Elizabeth Jones represented the tenant. Stream Realty’s Cannon Green, Bob Hagewood and Forrest Cook represented the owner, Clarion.

Northport 35 Business Center consists of a three-building, 945,000-square-foot industrial park, situated on 60 acres. The property is near the BNSF Intermodal Facility and Alliance Airport, as well as I-35 W.
