All Points of Texas Renews at Trinity West Business Center
Relocation and logistics services company All Points of Texas decided to remain where it was, inking a 51,200-square-foot renewal for its headquarters and warehouse space at Trinity West Business Center. The tenant is the largest at the 140,800-square-foot property at 2450 114th St. in Grand Prairie, TX.
Jim Ferris and Michael Spain with Bradford Companies represented the landlord, OMO Investment Co. Trust. Bill Biesel of Biesel Commercial Real Estate was the tenant representative in renewal talks.
Vigilant Management Inc., the tenant’s parent company, has been at Trinity West for seven years. It began with 12,800 square feet and expanded through the years. In addition to its location in Grand Prairie, the tenant has warehouses in Fort Worth and Houston. In addition to being the Dallas Stars hockey club’s official moving company, All Points of Texas provides relocation and logistics services for military, corporate and residential markets.
