Alight Solutions Signs 180K-SF BTS Lease with HHC

Alight Solutions and Howard Hughes Corp. (HHC) struck a deal for a 180,000-square-foot, build-to-suit lease in The Woodlands, TX. HHC is developing the four-story, Class A office building along New Trails Drive, in the Research Forest area.

Alight offers human resources-oriented technology services, and will relocate from its current office, also in The Woodlands, at 9500 Lakeside Blvd. The new building will provide more space for the company, as well as a forest preserve, walking trails and a pond. Construction is anticipated to be completed by spring 2020.

Ronnie Deyo and David Bale of JLL represented Alight Solutions, while Robert Parsley, Norm Munoz and Jillian Fredericks of Colliers International advised HHC in lease negotiations.
