AIA Closes Two Deals for Seller’s Rogers Park Apartments

Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of two apartment buildings in the North Side’s Rogers Park neighborhood. The 19-unit building located at 2018 W. Estes closed for $2.2 million, and another 19-unit building located at 1620 W. Farwell closed for $2,150,000.

AIA represented a single seller for both properties, but closed with two different buyers in separate transactions after marketing the properties as a package and in individual offerings. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the marketing and sale of both properties.

Rogers Park has seen its share of multifamily investment activity over the past several months. Earlier in August, Marcus & Millichap closed on the sale of the 49-unit 1364 W. Estes Ave., and Interra Realty arranged the sale of a 19-unit property at 2035 W. Arthur Ave. in June.
