Affirm Claims 46K SF in San Francisco

Brickman and GreenOak signed a new 46,000-square-foot office lease with Affirm, Inc. at 550 Kearny Street in San Francisco. The 10-story, 193,000-square-foot Class A office building was acquired by Brickman in 2013.

Brickman’s Steve Klein notes Affirm’s decision is “part of its continued growth in San Francisco,” and “highlights the success of the repositioning and capital investment into 550 Kearny to meet the creative standards required by today’s tenants.”

Affirm, Inc. was represented by Nathan Zoucha and Jenny Haeg of CBRE, and Brickman/GreenOak was represented by Bart O’Connor and Aaron Gillespie of Newmark Cornish & Carey.

This marks Affirm’s second office location in San Francisco, as it recently relocated its headquarters to 650 California Street.
