AECOM Leases Space at Triton Towers Near Seattle

Hines and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP signed a 23,700-square-foot lease with AECOM at Triton Towers in Renton, WA. The property consists of three, seven-story steel and concrete buildings, totaling 407,000 square feet at 707 S. Grady Way, roughly 13 miles southeast of Seattle.

NKF’s Cavan O’Keefe, Mike Schreck and Tim O’Keefe represented the landlord.

The deal underscores the growing attraction and growth of the Renton submarket. O’Keefe says, “Renton has earned a top spot as one of the fastest -growing large municipalities in the region. Its affordability when compared to Seattle and Bellevue is increasingly attractive to a wide base of industries as demonstrated by the leasing activity at Triton Towers.”

The AECOM lease caps a total of 61,000 square feet of new leases this year at the Class A office campus, and is a relocation from Seattle for AECOM.
