Adam America Tops Out on Boerum Hill Condos

Adam America Real Estate’s Five Six One Pacific, a 63-unit luxury condominium building designed by ODA New York at 561 Pacific St. in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill neighborhood, is topping out at 12 floors. A collaboration between Adam America and ODA New York, Five Six One Pacific Street incorporates Japanese-inspired design elements.

“This topping out is a major milestone, and allows us to begin the work that will really give shape to ODA’s dynamic design vision in this prominent location,” said Adam America founder Omri Sachs. He added that the project will provide “a combination of timeless Japanese-inspired interiors, ample outdoor space, thoughtful layouts, luxe materials and finishes, along with modern amenities that buyers are seeking.”

Residences at Five Six One Pacific range from studio to three-bedrooms. Units start at $550,000 for studios, $875,000 for one bedrooms, $1,425,000 for two bedrooms and $2,350,000 for three-bedrooms.
