Ad Agency Giant Spoon Takes Full Floor at 44 Wall

Ad agency Giant Spoon has signed a 17,024-square-foot lease at EQ Office’s 44 Wall St. Under the new lease, the agency will relocate its New York office from 176 Grand St. to the entire third floor of 44 Wall, following a buildout of the space by EQ Office.

“For our next New York home, it was essential we find an office that would complement Giant Spoon’s culture,” said Trevor Guthrie, co-founder of Giant Spoon. “44 Wall is providing us with a blank canvas so we can build the ideal environment for our team and the next great idea for our client partners.”

Giant Spoon was represented in the transaction by NKF’s Brian Cohen and Corey Borg. EQ Office, which is in the final stages of a modernization program at 44 Wall, was represented in-house by Scott Silverstein, and by CBRE’s Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo, Zachary Price and Caroline Merck.
