ACR Goes for Efficiency in Philadelphia Relocation

Savills completed a 10,527-square-foot relocation for the American College of Radiology (ACR) at Coretrust Capital Partners’ Two Liberty Place in Philadelphia’s Center City. The 40,000-strong membership organization formerly was located at 1818 Market St. The new space will provide ACR with a more efficient layout and a smaller footprint.

A Savills team comprised of Greg Soffian, Matthew Sall and Andrea Borrelli advised ACR. “This relocation provides the client with the opportunity to shed excess space and enhance the way the office operates,” said Soffian.

He added, “The group will leverage the consolidated, open-concept floorplate and move to a flexible hoteling solution with reservation-based unassigned seating. The efficient footprint allows ACR to significantly reduce annual overhead costs over the course of the lease.”

The landlord was represented by Market Street Realty Advisors’ Joe McManus and Morgan Murray.
