Ackerman & Co., MDH to Acquire 400K-SF Lee + White MXU Project

A joint venture of Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners is under contract to acquire the 23-acre Lee + White mixed-use project on the Atlanta Beltline’s Westside Trail. A deal is expected to close as early as this week, according to reports.

In 2015, Dallas-based Stream Realty purchased the property and redeveloped it into a 400,000-square-foot mixed-use project. The development is now home to popular breweries the Monday Night Garage and Wild Heaven Beer. Other tenants at Lee + White include ASW Distillery, Hop Honeysuckle Gelato and Cultured South.

The first phase of the project is fully leased. Additional planned phases include office space and apartments. Eastdil Secured is marketing the development on behalf of Stream Realty.
