ACCO Brands Inks Long-Term HQ Lease in Lake Zurich

ACCO Brands has agreed to a long-term lease extension of its worldwide headquarters at 4 Corporate Dr. in Lake Zurich, IL. The supplier of academic, consumer and business products will remain in the 189,092-square-foot space it has occupied since 2012 at Kemper Lakes Business Center.

Cushman & Wakefield executive director Lou Hall and senior director Dan Wilkins represented ACCO on the lease extension. Lincoln Property Co. Midwest provides leasing and management services on behalf of Kemper Lakes’ ownership.

“We’re excited to keep ACCO’s global headquarters in this prime location that has served them well for the past seven years,” said Hall. “Access to the world-class golf course and other state-of-the-art amenities on campus provide opportunities for future business growth and innovation.”

The Class A 4 Corporate Dr. is one of four buildings comprising Kemper Lakes Business Center, which totals 1.1 million square feet and sits on 164 acres.
