Accenture Takes 250K-SF at Brookfield’s 1 Manhattan West

Accenture signed a 250,000-square-foot lease at Brookfield Property Partners’ One Manhattan West in Hudson Yards. The management consultant committed to a 15-year deal at the 2.1-million-square-foot, 67-story tower under construction at West 33rd Street and Ninth Avenue.

The company plans to create an Innovation Hub on the top eight floors, and will consolidate 3,000 New York City employees from offices located at 1345 Avenue of the Americas and 155 Avenue of the Americas. The move to the Manhattan West development is expected to occur in 2020.

CBRE’s Ken Rapp, Anthony Dattoma and Michael Dash represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Mosler, Josh Kuriloff, Rob Lowe, Ethan Silverstein and Matthias Li, along with an in-house team of Jeremiah Larkin, Duncan McCuaig and Alex Liscio, advised the landlord.
