AAAREI Joins Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates
AAA Real Estate & Investments — AAAREI — joined forces with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC. The McAllen, TX firm at 2000 S. 10th St., is changing its name to Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates — The ARRIAGA Group.
Adrian Abel Arriaga, SIOR, CCIM and CPM will be managing director for the new entity. “Joining SPERRY CGA will allow us to expand our networks,” Arriaga said. “Being affiliated with a respected International organization will provide many benefits, including attracting national and international buyers into our network.” He added that the ARRIAGA Group, the fourth Texas brokerage to join Sperry, is also expanding its sales team.
Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates is headquartered in Irvine, CA.
