“Super Prime” Condo Transforms City’s Center
Pacific Gate, a 41-story condominium building under construction in downtown San Diego, is set to elevate the market to new heights. The project’s developer, Vancouver, B.C.-based Bosa Development, says the 460-foot tall project is unlike anything else on the West Coast.
Bosa’s Rick Davis says Pacific Gate is the first “Super Prime” project in the market. That distinction places San Diego on a “superstar city stage” with other cities such as New York, Dubai, London, Hong Kong, or Shanghai, which have similar types of luxury properties.
Located at the corner of Broadway and Pacific Highway, Pacific Gate will offer 215 residences – starting at $1.4-million – with such amenities as shared boats, vehicles and a concierge. The building is scheduled for completion next year.
