96-Unit Drexel Park Hollow Trades Hands

Drexel Park Hollow, in Dallas, sold to a Pound Ridge, NY-based family-owned office. Public records list the seller as Drexel Realty Partners in Dallas, which sold the 96-unit multifamily property at 6625 Bandera Ave. Sunny Sajnani with Metropolitan Capital Advisors brokered the transaction. The sales price was undisclosed.

The asset is in North Dallas, between North Park and Preston Center. The unit mix is geared toward an older demographic that is downsizing, but still requires space similar to previous residences. Drexel Park Hollow offers one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 1,956 to 4,030 square feet. Rents range from $4,055 to $8,508 per month, according to the property website.
