90 North Real Estate Promotes Two to VP

The Chicago office of London-based 90 North Real Estate Partners has promoted Martin Ahern to VP – investments and Jay Pacelli to VP – transactions. Dan Cooper, head of North American operations for 90 North, said Ahern and Pacelli are “contributing greatly” on the company’s path toward “acquiring and managing assets that will help us achieve the objectives we’ve established” for the firm and its partners.

Previously with Tandem Development Group, Ahern joined 90 North as an associate VP in 2014. He has 10 years’ experience on the acquisition/disposition side, as well as in leasing and development.

Pacelli, who joined in 2015, focuses on the legal and transactional aspects of identifying, analyzing, structuring, financing, closing, managing and profitably exiting investments. He previously worked for Cohen Financial.

90 North’s North American strategy targets office, industrial, senior living and student housing properties in the $50-million to $200-million range.
