83K-SF Fills Fast in Ridgefield

KW International leased 83,000 square feet of industrial space at 2 Bell Dr. in Ridgefield, NJ. The spec space, recently completed by Sitex Group. appeared on the market just in time for KW, a logistics firm based in Carson, CA.

One of KW’s clients needed to immediately move into a modern, new, Class A building in a relatively small geographic area. “In the current tight market, it was challenging to meet all of these requirements,” said Mike Markey, executive managing director for Colliers International Group Inc., which represented KW in the transaction. “We were able to check off all the boxes at the Sitex Group property.”

KW International was able to begin moving product in immediately upon signing the lease.
