750K-SF of Office Planned at $900M Revel MXU in Atlanta

Cincinnati-based North American Properties plans 750,000 square feet of office space at Revel, its $900-million entertainment-focused mixed-use destination anchored by Infinite Energy Center in Atlanta’s northeast suburbs. Construction on the first office is slated to begin in Q3 2019, and is expected to deliver in 3Q 2020.

CBRE’s Heather Lamb, Bryan Heller, Peter McGuone and Parker Nelson are leasing the office space.

Lamb says, “Modern office tenants want an authentic, walkable community experience that excites their employees to be at the office every day. There is pent-up demand for office space with access to urban amenities in suburban markets.”

The 118-acre mixed-use community will feature 400,000 square feet of street-level retail, restaurant and entertainment uses, including a food hall, a movie theater, a grocery market and a fitness center. The development also is planned for 840 multifamily homes, 50 single family homes, a 300-room four-star hotel and a public space for community events.
