741 Apartments Planned for Farmers Branch Site Near Dallas Galleria

Irving, TX-based JPI expanded its footprint in the Dallas Galleria area of Farmers Branch with the acquisition of 10-acres of land along Dallas Parkway. The North Texas developer plans to develop Jefferson East Branch, a 741-unit luxury multifamily property at 14175 Dallas Parkway.

JPI’s Matt Brendel says, “Our data and research, along with our longstanding tradition of keeping our ears to the ground, convinced us a few years ago that Farmers Branch was certain to offer us a prime area to invest. Jefferson East Branch will join that submarket’s JPI inventory of Jefferson Landmark and Jefferson Boardwalk.”

Jefferson East Branch will be constructed in two phases, the first with 390 apartment homes that is slated to begin in late 2018, with occupancies planned for the summer of 2020. The second phase is scheduled to begin in spring 2020, bringing 351 additional apartment homes to the community.
